Headed by Neerajh Ghazi, this department has a large litigation and dispute resolution division, Its clientèle includes major insurance companies, brokers and commercial enterprises ranging from retail to industrial manufactures and small to medium businesses. The department concentrates on insurance recoveries, liability claims and litigation.

Neerajh Ghazi handles indemnity and liability insurance and is busy gearing up on FAIS compliance and the CPA with emphasis on the impact these acts will have on the insurance industry. Our candidate attorneys receive training in this department on a 6 month rotational basis.
